I find all people, even the NPCs, fascinating. I’m always interested in figuring out why people do what they do and that’s probably why I like watching movies like the Red Dragon.
An FBI special agent going to the murder scenes, slowly piecing what happened together by the blood splatter all over the bed and walls. The story of what happened the night of the murders, gives you a glimpse into the perps psyche.

I use to think it was easier understand a serial killer, than a regular person. A regular person always hides their true intentions behind their emotions after the fact.
Well, movies and tv shows make it feel like these types of people are easy to understand. Crazy, obsessive, and damaged are easier to understand because the cause is easier to find.
“And if you gaze long into an abyss, the abyss also gazes into you.” – Friedrich Nietzsche
I am crazy about fitting in sometimes, so much so that I stare focus on people’s micro expressions.
I am obsessed with understanding strangers because most don’t ever feel heard or seen.
I am damaged, only because I chose to be crazy about fitting in and obsessed with feeling other people’s pain.
You can see where we are going with this, right? If someone isn’t trying to kill you, then don’t take anything they say personal.
Your family, friends, or co workers 99% of the time have no idea why they do what they do. But if you ask a serial killer why they killed those people, they will know exactly why.
Becoming, the great becoming for most never comes. Slowly drowning in what is a thick sludge. It’s not bad at first because it’s just your feet, almost like you’re caught in sticky mouse trap.
Soon, it’s consumed you to your hips and now at your torso. Most just end up going nowhere, never accepting (they know why) their fate.
Now it’s too late, they sludge has consumed so much of your body you drown.
Cops always look for the motivation first. Find your motivation first to get your momentum going first, then maybe you’ll make it out of the sludge.
