What is the nightlife like in Portland? I mean what is there to do?
Traveling to new places with a group, I like to come up with fun themes.
You’re in a whole different place hundreds, hopefully, thousands of miles away from home.
Being in another place is supposed to get you out of your comfort zone, you can reinvent yourself.
What should I do in Portland?
The first thing to know is that Portland, Oregon has the most gentleman’s clubs per capita in the US. Remember that when you’re planning a trip here.
It has been some time since I’ve been around the Portland be weird area, but my favorite part is that food doesn’t stop being served before midnight, they close at the close of the bars.
The gentleman’s clubs have a lot to offer, even the off-the-beaten-track ones. You don’t need a lot, but bringing a lot of cash is recommended.
If you’re new to this lifestyle, just be aware that those girls can be aggressive (rules coming soon).
Does Portland Have A Lot of Breweries?
Along with the gentleman’s clubs, there are tons of breweries to visit around Portland.
I stopped drinking beers because they are estrogen bombs, but I do enjoy a few IPAs (or did enjoy them).
Look for an area where breweries are all within walking distance. This will save you from having to Uber to each one.
Ideally show up to Eastside portland and you’ll be able to find most of the main breweries.
Does Portland Have Homeless?
Yes, practically every major city in America will have homeless. They tend to stick in the downtown area close to Chinatown.
If you don’t bother them they will not bother you. I am not saying anything bad will ever happen, it’s all about reducing the chances of something happening.
In Conclusion
After the first few visits I built relationships with people in the area so I would visit a few times a year.
This was some time ago before the pandemic and before a lot of the woke riots were happening.
From what I have heard now it has calmed down and is okay to visit again.
