It just sucks right now. You run into a major wall in life and it just sucks right now.
You lost the job you’ve been busting your ass for, for the past 2 years. It just sucks right now.
Your sister just called you and said that mom’s in the hospital. It sucks right now.
You get a text from an old friend from your crew that reads, “Did you hear about Johnny? He’s dead bro”. You feel your heart sink and the next thing in your head is that it sucks right now.

It sucks right now, but it won’t forever.
Most believe that stoicism teaches them to be emotionless or to bury their feelings because they serve no purpose.
Why it wont last forever?
It won’t last forever because that’s not how things work in this life, even the good doesn’t last forever.
Time is fleeting, each second gone quicker than you can realize.
It sucks right now, but it won’t last forever.
It sucks right now, what do I do?
You’re in the suck right now, so what do you do?
Accept your reality, accept the cards you’re dealt, and accept the negative emotions of the moment you’re in.
Accept it for what it is, something that just happened, it sucks right now but it’s part of life.
It doesn’t suck anymore.
You’ll cross the chasim of suck and into the hill of life is great.
You will look back and think of the time when it sucked and wonder how you even survived it.
At this point it was something that was part of life, and you soon move on. Let it be a bad breakup or a loved one passing.
Your focus turns from the negative part of the event and you remince on the goodtimes and see the beauty of life again.
Events are just events, and what matters is how you react to them.
